As TBS continues to grow we know there is a need to bring education to more locations so that we can reach more people. Everyone deserves the opportunity to study and improve their skills and we are working hard to ensure that we can bring training to you.

In 2023, we are expanding into multiple new locations and we cannot wait to open our doors to you.

Evans Head and The Far North Coast of NSW

With Evans Head being the hometown for some of our staff and our own staff being impacted, we know the struggles that the Northern Rivers have endured during the devastating Floods in 2022. We have been there along the way and know how important it is to help the community bounce back and help business owners and individuals get back into the work force.

The 2022 floods were devastating and rocked our entire community. The pain, suffering and loss that was forced upon not just ours but surrounding communities was something that you could never imagine happening. So many business owners and individuals were affected in a big way. Businesses were lost and never to open again, individuals lost their home and belonging and sleeping in tents and caravans became the new normal.

At The Business School, we want to help you as individuals and businesses to bounce back and move forward. Whether you are a business owner trying to get back up and running, or are looking for a new path to upskill and get back in the workforce. We will be here, present in the community to help you with any study of career path needs.

Our new Evans Head office will provide an on the ground presence for you to drop in and have a chat above your study options and see if there is any funding opportunities to help you get back on your feet. If you lost your job during the floods, we are here to help you find a new path and assist with training needs to help you get employment ready.

We will be bringing employment opportunities to the area and assisting with educational needs within the community. We will have trainers attending from time to time to assist with any career or study questions and we will be hosting public events to help boost professional and personal development for our community members.

Canberra we are coming for you

We are so excited to be coming to Canberra in the New Year. As part of a strategic association, we will be launching a new office at Clubs ACT. This new venture will see us bringing more training solutions for you as individuals and for our corporate clients as well. Established in 1974, ClubsACT is an industry association recognised by ACT Government and its agencies as the principal representative for the ACT Club movement.

We are proud to have associations with ClubsACT and look forward to working together to improve the educational needs within the community.

Seeking Trainers & Assessors

As we branch out into these new locations, we are seeking Trainers & Assessors for RSA RCG and Hospitality in the Ballina/Lismore/Evans Head areas.
We will have a head office and training rooms in Evans Head from 2023, however, courses may be delivered online and face to face in other locations including Ballina, Byron Bay, Lismore, Kyogle, Casino and Tweed Heads.

The Business School (RTO 45230) is a registered training organisation currently located in Bondi Junction and expanding into the Northern Rivers area of NSW.

We are currently recruiting trainers and assessors for the below qualifications, in the Northern Rivers (NSW) area. We are seeking qualified and passionate trainers and assessors for Face-to-Face classes. Apply now to join our friendly, focused, and innovative team today!
