The Business School (RTO 45230) is located in Bondi Junction. Inspired by excellence and innovation, we offer the highest quality teaching and learning in Business, English language and Social Media Marketing courses and we are seeking trainers/assessors and teachers who are passionate and committed to providing the highest level of client and student services.

We are seeking

  • VET Trainers/Assessors for:
    • CHC33015 Certificate III in Individual Support
    • BSB60520 Advanced Diploma of Marketing and Communication
    • BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management
    • BSBSS00091 Capture and Present Big Data Skill Set
    • BSBSS00092 Manage Big Data Skill Set
  • ELICOS General English and EAP Teachers

VET Trainers/Assessors

  • Must have evidence of strong industry currency
  • Thorough knowledge of the training package you are applying to train/assess
  • Hold the qualification that you are applying to train/assess or be able to map competency
  • Evidence of PD for both VET and Vocational industry PD
  • Training and assessment skills and demonstrated experience in the VET sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Outlook, OneDrive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality education, classroom-based/assess online options/ training
  • Strong team skills and a commitment to student outcomes
  • Sound report-writing skills
  • Be customer focused

Minimum qualifications and experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the VET sector

You must hold the equivalent qualification or higher and

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or its successor or
  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
  • TAELLN411 (or its successor) or TAELLN401A, and
  • TAEASS502 (or its successor) or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B or
  • a diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education

Academic Manager

The ELICOS teacher is responsible for the effective delivery of general English and EAP courses to international students

  • Effective delivery of ELICOS curriculum
  • Student engagement with learning
  • Compliance regarding attendance and other educational matters
  • Maintaining assessment records
  • Refer students, where appropriate for academic and/or welfare counselling for ELICOS students

Minimum qualifications and experience:

  • recognised degree or equivalent
  • TESOL qualification at postgraduate diploma level or above
  • a robust knowledge of and experience in ELT
