BSB41015 – Certificate IV in Human Resources – Full Course

Full Course Cost

$2800.00 – Choose your course below for all course information or to enrol.

Students are required to pay a deposit of 20% upon enrolment and the balance of fees are to be paid in two (2) equal instalments of 40% each. Instalment one is due within six (6) weeks of the first course date and Instalment two is due six (6) weeks after Instalment one. Invoices to be generated to student with all payment schedules listed. Refer to Student Handbook for refund policy and training guarantee.

To be awarded this qualification, the student must successfully demonstrate competency in the six core units, plus four electives (total ten units). The units delivered within this program are:

BSBHRM403 Support performance management processes
BSBHRM404 Review human resources functions
BSBHRM405 Support the recruitment, selection and induction of staff
BSBWHS401 Implement and monitor WHS policies, procedures and programs to meet legislative requirements
BSBLDR402 Lead effective workplace relationships
BSBWRK411 Support employee and industrial relations procedures

BSBADM405 Organise meetings
BSBINN301 Promote innovation in a team environment
BSBRES401 Analyse and present research information
BSBRSK401 Identify risk and apply risk management processes

RPL Cost

$1450.00

Recognition of prior learning means recognition of competencies currently held, regardless of how, when or where the learning occurred. These competencies may be attained through any combination of formal or informal training and education, work experience or general life experience. In order to grant RPL, the assessor must be confident that the student is currently competent against the endorsed industry or enterprise competency standards or outcomes specified in Australian Qualifications Framework accredited courses. The evidence may take a variety of forms and could include certification, references from past employers, testimonials from clients and work samples. The assessor must ensure that the evidence is authentic, valid, reliable, current and sufficient.
